A few common benefits and uses of Peppermint Oil are nausea, headache, vertigo, digestion, and asthma. Blends well with Lemon, Lavender, Tea Tree, and Eucalyptus Essential Oils.

Try placing a few drops in with vinegar for a great natural cleaner. When applying we like to think less is more. You only need a few drops when placing in a diffuser or 1-2 drops when applying to your skin.
