Peppermint Essential Oil
Peppermint Essential Oil is familiar and intense. Its fresh minty scents are a favorite, especially around Christmas time. A few common benefits and uses of Peppermint Oil are nausea, headache, vertigo, digestion, and asthma. Blends well with Lemon, Lavender, Tea Tree, and Eucalyptus Essential Oils.
Our Essential Oils are natural oils that each pertain a different fragrance pleasing to the nose, mind, and body. Each oil comes with its own benefits, such as reducing anxiety, and depression or increasing rest and healing. Essential Oils have become very popular in recent years and are being used more and more in the home. A few ways to use these oils topical include placing them directly on your skin with a carrier oil, or in a diffuser to bring the aroma into the air of your home. When applying we like to think ‘less is more.’ You only need a few drops when placing in a diffuser or 1 drop when applying to your skin.

While research suggests there are health benefits, the FDA doesn’t monitor or regulate the purity or quality of essential oils. It’s important to talk with a healthcare professional before you begin using essential oils and be sure to research the quality of a brand’s products. Always do a patch test before trying a new essential oil.
